Please read these terms before you use Salon Shortlist. Using the site means you accept them.

Who runs the site

Salon Shortlist is part of the Appointica platform (appointica.com), operated by HAIR WHIZZ LIMITED, registered in England and Wales, company number 12192511. Registered office: 34 Beech Close, Huntingdon, PE29 7BA. Questions: contact@salonshortlist.com.

What you may do

You may use the site to look for a salon, view and share individual pages, and link to them. Search engines may index the site as described in robots.txt.

What you may not do

You may not copy, scrape, harvest or extract the lists, salon pages or the data files of this site (by hand, by script, by bot or by any other automated means), and you may not re-publish, sell or use them to build or feed another directory, product or database, without our written permission. You may not try to bypass the limits that protect the site. We may block any visitor who does.

Our rights in the data

The selection, checking, structure and presentation of the information on this site are the result of substantial investment and are protected by database right and copyright (UK Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulations 1997 and Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988). Parts of the underlying map data come from OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL) and Overture Maps Foundation; their own licences apply to that data when you take it from them directly.

Accuracy

We read each salon's own website and public sources. Details can be out of date or wrong: check with the salon before you travel or book. We are not responsible for the salon's services, prices or availability.

If you want to use the data (research, a partnership, an app), write to contact@salonshortlist.com and tell us what you need.

Data comes from public salon websites and open map data: © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL) and Overture Maps Foundation. "No data" means the salon's site does not say, not that the answer is no. Salons are sorted by profile completeness (how much we could verify), not by quality. No salon pays to be listed.
